Foam Factory is a family owned business started in 1976. The Company has several
divisions the largest servicing the construction industry with columns, moldings, arches, brackets, medallions, balustrades, quatrefoils and many other architectural trim products.
Some of the reasons for the high quality are:
- The construction of the product consists of a 1-1/2# density polystyrene foam (most of their competitors use 1# density foam).
- The Tough Coat that is sprayed on top of the foam is a super tough urethane coating (many of their competitors don’t put any type of Tough Coat on their foam products).
- The final coating is a top-quality acrylic stucco that stands up to all kinds of weather conditions.
Their sales people are so confident in the Foam Factory’s products that they carry a wood “bat” and are often hitting their samples to demonstrate how strong their products are.
Foam Factory supplies architectural trim to both residential and commercial builders and offer products for both interior and exteriors of homes and buildings. They have supplied to contractors doing Publix, Walgreens, CVS, shopping centers, strip centers, schools, churches, synagogues, condominiums, single-family homes, industrial and commercial buildings. Some of the builders they have done work for are Lennar, Pulte, Engie, Toll Brothers, K Hovnavian and hundreds of independent builders. The most expensive home was 36 million Dollars.
Look at many of the most beautiful homes in high-end Florida communities and you will often find entry columns and arches made of what appears to be concrete, but are actually Foam Factory’s product. Check out the entry features to many country club and gated communities, again Foam Factory’s product. Look at ceiling medallions and wall treatments on high-end homes and restaurants; many are from Foam Factory.
